Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 June 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run a podcast, a newsletter, and member accounts — and we don’t sell your data.

What we collect

  • Newsletter:your email address and the optional “stage” you select.
  • Accounts: your email and a securely hashed password (handled by our authentication provider), plus an optional display name.
  • Forms: the name, email, and details you submit via the guest-application or contact forms.
  • Technical: standard server logs and a session cookie for signed-in users.

How we use it

To send the newsletter you asked for, operate your account, respond to your messages, review guest pitches, and keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Processors we rely on

We use third-party services to run the site — including our hosting provider and our database/authentication provider (Supabase). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, request access to or deletion of your data, and close your account. Contact us at our contact page.
